EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Malmö Mäss-Service handles the choice of interior design and orders for stand construction for Malmömässan. There are prices on all products, but if you have bought a stand space with a stand package, those prices will be zeroed when the order is placed. Malmö Mäss-Service will return via email with order confirmation and correct prices.

Stand package 9 sqm and up:
The following is included and you do not need to order:
Walls, storage room 1x1m, spotlights, electrical connection, cleaning, graphite gray carpet.
The following is included, but you choose which products you want in the following categories:
tables, brochure racks, counters-cabinets, glass counter-glass cabinets, shelves, other furnishings, podiums, chairs-sofas.
If you want carpet in a color other than graphite gray, select it under carpets-rental and add it to the shopping cart.

There is no extra cost for choosing another color.

Text ramp not included.
Malmö Mäss-Service will return with order confirmation and correct prices. 

Budget stand (fixed furniture package)
The following are included in the budget stand and you do not need to order this:
Wooden walls, graphite gray carpet, electrical connection, 2 spotlights, sign 70x100cm (exhibitor name from the stand booking with black text on a white background), info desk, 1 bar stool, 1 brochure stand, cleaning.

If you want carpet in a color other than graphite gray, select it under carpets-rental and add it to the shopping cart.

There is no extra cost for choosing another color.

It is possible to personalize your stand by ordering e.g. graphics for walls, ceilings and counters, screens and lighting.

SUBMIT YOU ORDER WELL IN ADVANCE TO AVOID LATE FEES

When ordering after the last date, a surcharge of +30% will be added to the regular price.

When ordering made during move-in, a surcharge of +50% will be added to the regular price.

A delivery fee of 750 SEK will be charged in connection with any additional orders.

BUILD UP: December 5th 7 am - 8 pm
BREAK DOWN: December 6th, 4.30 pm - 8 pm

During moving in, exhibitors enter via the loading yard and must be able to present exhibitor cards to everyone in the party. Contact the organizer for more information

WALLS: The walls must be restored in the same condition as when moving in. Any damages are charged to exhibiting companies. 

GOODS HANDLING:
Costs for unloading, loading and handling of your arriving goods will be charged according to the current tariff at MalmöMässan.
