Webshop for exhibitors

As an exhibitor at fairs / events where Malmö Mäss-Service handles stand service, you can order stand equipment in our web shop.

How to order.

Choose your Fair/event in the main heading “Exhibitors – Order here “.

Read the text carefully that is written below your fair/event. Please note that all fairs have not the same terms and content.
Our products/prices refer to rent per piece during the arrangement period unless otherwise stated.
Select your products in the webshop on the left and add to the shopping cart.
Please note that some products have different prices depending on which facility you are exhibiting at.
A small number of products can not be delivered at all facilities. Example Plants. This will be shown when you click on the product.
Some products are according to a quote. Click in number an we will return with price.

When you have finished choosing in the webshop, you go to checkout
Here you fill in your company information for invoicing.
We normally send invoices in PDF format. It is important that you write the correct email address for the invoice.
We will return with a confirmation, and also prices if you have asked for a quote.

Please note the last date for ordering, stated at your trade fair. Normally 3 weeks before the start of the fair. After the last date, we have higher prices which is +30% on the price list. From the day of moving in, the prices are +50% on the price list
