Your stand includes:

• White walls 1x2,5m
• Graphite grey carpet, squares 50x50cm

We offer several graphic services that you can read more about under Print-Graphics in the webshop.

The walls must be restored in the same condition as when moving in. Any damages are charged to exhibiting companies. 

Order in advance 

When ordering after the last date, a surcharge of +30% will be added to the regular price.

When ordering made during move-in, a surcharge of +50% will be added to the regular price.

BUILD UP: Tuesday, August 13th, 08:00 - 20:00 Wednesday, August 14th, 07:00 - 10:00
BREAK DOWN: Thursday, August 15th, 14:00 - 20:00

On Tuesday, the laying of walkway mats will commence. After 17:00 on this day, the walkways should be kept clean from goods, waste, and packaging to facilitate the completion of this task.

On Wednesday, only small goods are allowed to be brought into the exhibition hall.

GOODS HANDLING

Goods can arrive weekdays between 7am - 4 pm.
