Note: The stand walls must be returned in their original condition. Any damage will be charged.

Order in Advance

To ensure delivery and avoid additional fees:

• Orders placed after Jan 9th: +30%
• Orders placed during build up/move-in: +50%

Build up/Move-in and Break down/Move-out

Build up/Move-in:

• Feb 3rd at 7am-8pm
• Feb 4th at 7am-8.30am

Break down/Move-out:

• Feb 5th at 4.30pm-10pm

Visitor opening hours:

• Feb 4 th at 9am-5pm
• Feb 5th at 9am-4pm

Freight Handling

All freight handling is managed by Nordic Expo Service. Costs for unloading, loading, and handling of your incoming and outgoing goods will be charged according to Mäss-Service's rates. See prices under General Info – Forklift and Freight Handling MalmöMässan.

 Goods Receiving Times:

• Goods receiving is open weekdays from 07:00–16:00
• Goods can be received from: Jan 29th
• All goods must be picked up no later than: Feb 10th
