As an exhibitor, you receive a complete foundation to build upon. Your stand includes:

• Wooden wall 1x2,5m
• Electricity 10A

Note: The stand walls must be returned in their original condition. Any damage will be charged.

Order in Advance

To ensure delivery and avoid additional fees:

• Orders placed after Oct 16th: +30%
• Orders placed during build up/move-in: +50%

A delivery fee of up to 750 SEK applies for any additional orders.

Build up/Move-in and Break down/Move-out

Build up/Move-in:

• Friday Nov 7th at 3pm-6pm

Break down/Move-out:

• Saturday Nov 8th at 3.30pm-6pm

Freight Handling

All freight handling is managed by Helsingborg Arena.
