As an exhibitor, you receive a complete foundation to build upon. Your stand includes:

• Wooden walls white, with 1m partition wall
• Graphite grey carpet
• Spotlights
• Electricity 230V, incl 3-way socket

Note: The stand walls must be returned in their original condition. Any damage will be charged.

To ensure delivery and avoid additional fees:

• Orders placed after Jan 7th: +30%
• Orders placed during build up/move-in: +50%

Build up/Move-in and Break down/Move-out

Build up/Move-in:

• Jan 19th at 3pm-8pm
• Jan 20th at 8am-9.15am

Break down/Move-out:

• Jan 21st at 4.30pm-6pm
• Jan 22nd at 7am-9am

Visitor opening hours:

• Jan 20th at 9.30am-5.30pm
• Jan 21st at 9.30am-4.30pm

Freight Handling

All freight handling is managed by Slagthuset.
